Piedmont Family Dentistry’s financial policy
Piedmont Family Dentistry is a fee-for-service office- therefore, payment is expected at the time of service. For the convenience of our patients we accept many forms of payments, including forms that make achieving optimal dental heath affordable:
Cash or check, credit card, and insurance.
Cash or check
We offer a prepayment discount of 5% for payment in full for treatment plans totaling over $500.00. This discount does not apply to out-of-pocket coinsurance payments.
All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
Credit cards
We accept all major credit cards, including:

- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
At this time we do not accept debit cards that are not affiliated with the companies listed above.
Insurance
Most dental insurance plans are accepted at Piedmont Family Dentistry and as a courtesy we will file claims on your behalf with your insurance company at no extra charge.
Understand that the information that we receive from the insurance companies is only a vague estimate. If you are unsure about your coverage, please contact your insurance company, as they are the most reliable source of information.
