"What is the Appointment Request Feature? How does it work?"
Answer:
The Appointment Request Feature was designed with one thing in mind- to make scheduling an appointment convinient for you. Whether you are too busy during the day to remember to schedule that checkup appointment, or too tired after working the late shift to stay up and wait for business hours- the Appointment Request Feature was designed so that you do not have to schedule time to schedule your dental appointment with us!
Its easy:
- Click the button with the checkmark on the right side of the page.
- Fill in the form which includes what day and time you would like to come in.
- Send it!
You will first receive an email confirming that we have received your appointment request. Soon after that you will receive another email that either confirms the availability of the date you have chosen; or, if the time you have chosen is not available we will offer you two alternate dates and times. Pick one and you're done!
